It was clean, and I appreciated lovely location and food.

Superior venue, nothing too much trouble. We got a room with a bath.

Reasonably large individual hotel, the food and rooms where nice. Pretty building and rooms with comfortable decoration. The property was located in the centre of St Austell. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in St Austell.

Immaculate unit. Fab location not far from the village and the pub, only 5 minutes walk from a historical museum.

Everything was good, amazing staff, exceptional views of the sea.

Approachable personnel, big bed. This accommodation had a central setting close to all amenities. Furthermore, I could visit a historical museum. Rooms were welcoming and bright.

I enjoyed the place thanks to staff and location. Hotel was fairly clean. It was a great area, an excellent base for me. The beach nearby was lovely and the view was lovely. There was a charming garden in the venue.

I was happy with top location next to the Charlestown harbour which was beautiful, really tasty breakfast and beautiful staff. Relaxing base for one night. Before bed I went to The Winestore for a nightcap, it's minute walk from the hotel.

It was a fantastic experience, I really enjoyed staff and food. The restaurant was great and the food was quality!

Pleasant location, gentle staff, free breakfast, great wi-fi. Awesome view of river. We enjoyed balcony, Wi-Fi and complementary tea.

Good value for money compared to other properties, and clean. There was a very tasty breakfast, and convenient decor. Lovely bed, luxurious bathroom and balcony, complementary tea and facilities to make tea in the room.

The staff was officious.

I want to say thank you for a real good experience, will be back. The hotel has wonderful location and staff, I loved it.

View of sunsets was astonishing. We really enjoyed the room: it was pretty and very good.

Would recommend for everyone. The personnel was helpful. Lots of options, OUTSTANDING food.
